Busy...Busy...Busy...

I'm either busy one week or sitting on my butt wondering what I should be doing!!! Over the weekend we had Cooper's birthday party (nephew) which the boys had a lot of fun at. And not to mention our book club meeting at the hunt club!!! We decided on a new book called The Perfect Christmas by Debbie Macomber which sounds really good so I'm excited to get started on that. Oh I forgot to mention that the boys and I are going to Sault Ste. Marie to visit my brother and his family for the weekend, we are leaving on Thursday morning and coming home on Sunday so I'm very excited it has been 2 years since I have gone up there to visit. It should be intersting on how both the boys will do traveling on such a long journey I might need to take a fifth of something before it is over.

Pumpkin Painting!

Well I decided when I took the kids to go get pumpkins this year I would buy little ones for Alex to paint to keep him busy after his surgery. What do you know it was a hit! Alex loved painting the pumpkins his smile was priceless. I bought a container to put the paints in and when the colors would get low he would say "Momma more blue pease" or whatever other color happened to be low at the time. It was something nice for mommy and Alex time.

Halloween!

I'm not a very good blogger as you can tell it has been about a week since I have blogged anything. Anyway.... Halloween was fun as usual but instead of having one trick-or-treater we had two. Alex was a Lion and Bradley was a baby cow and I must say they were very adorable. The cutest trick-or-treaters on the block. It was an exhausting night even though we didn't actually do door to door trick-or-treating. We just went to people we knew and by all means the boys came home with a mountain full of goodies. I just feel it is a little bit harder with two than one just because we got out of the car 7 times. But in the end it was worth it and all the pics that we took made it all worth while.
